No. Independent survey, sea trial and a document audit are conditions of sale, not extras.

The title deed (grosse akta), proof of registered ownership, registration and flag certificates, tonnage documentation, survey and class records, maintenance logs, and any charter contracts transferring with the hull.

Buy for speed to water and a documented history. Build when layout, cabin count and class requirements are non-negotiable.
