Dates, guest count, and whether you want two, three or four days on the water.

We Confirm and Quote

Live availability for the Ocean Pro II, with park fees and extras itemised in writing.

Route and Deposit

We agree the itinerary and hold the dates on a fifty percent deposit.

Balance and Brief

Full payment thirty days out, then the pre-departure brief and your pickup time.

Full payment is due no later than thirty days before the departure date.

Read This Before You Pay

  • Cancellations forfeit 100% of the total payment, at any notice — thirty days, more, or less.
  • Payments cannot be refunded, rescheduled, or transferred to another trip.
  • In force majeure — natural disaster, weather, civil unrest, disease outbreak, government regulation or flight cancellation — the trip may be changed or cancelled without a refund.

We would rather you knew this now than discovered it later. Travel insurance is worth the money.
